I am a somatic therapist currently based in West Glasgow, offering internal family systems and a range of trauma informed somatic therapies, incorporating bodywork, movement, breathwork and talking. I also teach somatic awareness tools for clients to practice in their daily lives. I offer sessions in-person as well as online by zoom.

I am in the process of gradually winding down my practice before taking maternity leave from summer 2024.
